We get asked this questions a fair bit: "Should I consider using an e-coupon campaign like Groupon to grow my business?" Our answer is usually a quick "No" but it always seems to leave some questions in the mind of the business owner. You see, Groupon and it's competitors like Twongo offer great deals every day (some up to 90% off!) to the masses. Business owners see the volume of coupons that are sold in a short period of time and equate that to a tonne of potential new business. But is it good business?
